The Zavya Refund and Return Policy
At The Zavya, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns and refunds.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at {zannatparween03@gmail.com} and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:
