At TheZavya, each jewellery piece is handcrafted with precision, love, and care. While we strive for perfection, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange terms below:
📦 1. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for processing the return.
- We do not accept returns due to:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
🔄 2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are eligible only for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect products sent by us
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
💳 3. Store Credit
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Approved returns/exchanges will be issued store credit equal to the product’s value.
- Store credit is valid for 25 days from the date of issue.
🛠️ 4. Custom Orders
- Customized or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
✉️ 5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return/exchange:

- Share your order ID along with a clear unboxing video and/or photos of the issue.
🚚 6. Shipping Charges
- If your return/exchange request is approved:
- Reverse shipping charges will be borne by us.
- If not approved or ineligible, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
